韩国济州国立大学Dr.Gyeong Min Kim等人在《Wiring technique for lesser trochanter fixation in proximal IM nailing of unstable intertrochanteric fractures:A modified candy-package wiring technique》一文中介绍了一种新的外科手术技术,即采用改良的“糖果包裹”钢丝捆扎布线技术固定小转子骨折块,并在此基础上,确定在不稳定转子间骨折患者中获得的临床和放射治疗结果。
作者采用回顾性研究方法,选取所在机构自2014年1月至2015年6月之间接受股骨近端髓内钉及微创“糖果包裹”钢丝捆扎技术的不稳定转子间骨折患者,共纳入符合标准的22名患者,该组患者平均年龄为75.8岁(范围53-88岁),平均随访期为15.1个月(范围12-24月)。每位患者随访至少12个月,并对其临床和放射结果进行分析。
