颈椎的侧块位于椎体的后外侧、椎弓根和椎弓的结合部，由分别向头侧突出的上关节突和向尾侧突出的下关节突组成，左右各一。

置钉前需明确侧块边界（红点为侧块中心）：

上界：上关节突关节面最低点

下界：下关节突最远点

内界：椎板与关节突结合部

外界：侧块骨性边界

（一）Roy-Camile法

进钉点为侧块中心，外斜10°，垂直于侧块，进钉深度为11.3~15.7mm

（二）Magerl法

进钉点为侧块背侧中心内上2-3mm，外斜20~30°，上斜40~60°，进钉深度为13.8~16.0mm

（三）Anderson法

进钉点为侧块背侧中心内侧1mm，外斜10°，上斜30~40°，进钉深度为16~18mm

进钉点为侧块背侧中心内侧1mm，外斜30~33°°，上斜15~18°，进钉深度为7~18mm
